New Today
Overview
Bray Leino Labs is a full-funnel marketing and technology agency, part of The MISSION Group PLC. With offices in London and the Asia-Pacific region, we help businesses unlock growth through innovative MarTech, data activation, and user-centric digital solutions.
Founded in 2007, we’ve built our reputation on expertise, collaboration, and a passion for excellence. We are proud to have recently joined the Bray Leino family, working alongside Bray Leino Agency, one of the top 5 B2B agencies in the UK.
The Marketing Automation team is responsible for assisting with the strategy, implementation and management of client MarTech stacks, as well as continued technical support across these products. We ensure the technology is in place to enable businesses to activate their data for campaigns, help them optimise their creatives, and iterate off the back of performance analytics.
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant with strong technical skills and functional expertise to join our growing team at Bray Leino Labs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on development and functional consulting, wanting to work with global clients across industries but heavy in financial services/B2B.
Role
This is an exciting opportunity to combine consulting, project management, and technical expertise in a role that puts you at the heart of delivering impactful marketing automation solutions. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to shape requirements into innovative MarTech strategies and technical solutions, lead client accounts as a trusted advisor, and manage projects from scoping through to delivery. Alongside overseeing documentation, testing, and training, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our MarTech offering. Drawing on your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or HubSpot Marketing Hub, you’ll design, build, and optimise campaigns, journeys, and automations, leveraging skills in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Excel. With opportunities to influence strategy, develop your technical skills, and make a real impact for clients and Bray Leino Labs, this role offers both challenge and progression in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
A typical day could look like:
- Working collaboratively with the Technical Lead to design, document, scope and implement technical solutions for a client’s marketing automation and customer data objectives
- Configuring and utilising marketing automation tools, including platform setup, campaign execution, email/landing page build and automation/workflow creation
- Contributing to our business proposition in other areas such as CDP and CRM
- Advising the client on their strategy for delivering messaging, designing journeys and strategic nurture programmes
- Scoping new work opportunities
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
About You
You will be a self-starter who has a background in MarTech consulting, marketing automation, or CRM technology, with proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or HubSpot Marketing Hub in complex environments. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will be pro-actively shaping the work that you do, owning your client engagement. You will need to be able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Experience in an agency or consultancy setting would be beneficial, though not required, and relevant certifications such as SFMC Developer/Consultant or HubSpot Marketing Software are desirable.
