Job Title: Marketing Associate

Location: Kolkata

Work Days: Monday Saturday

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)

Compensation: 1.8 - 2.24 LPA + Performance-based incentives (uncapped!)

Reporting Team: Reports to Marketing Manager / Sales Head

Experience: 0 to 2 Years - Freshers Welcome!

Key Performance Areas

• Engage with warm leads (students); conduct need analysis and recommend appropriate services.
• Build trust through effective communication and close deals with empathy and precision.
• Consistently manage and follow up on the lead pipeline.
• Coordinate with the marketing and services teams to ensure seamless handovers.
• Maintain CRM updates and generate performance reports weekly.
• Contribute to team initiatives and brainstorm ideas to boost conversion and outreach.

What You Will Be Doing

• Engage with warm leads talk to students who already know us.
• Understand their needs and recommend the right services.
• Build trust and close deals your words will change lives.
• Manage your lead pipeline, follow up consistently, and smash conversion targets.
• Collaborate with our marketing and service teams for smoother handovers and happy clients.
• Report performance, bottlenecks, and learnings weekly.

Who We Are Looking For

• A fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in marketing. (B2C preferred).
• Excellent communicator - fluent in English & comfortable on phone.
• Goal-driven and ambitious - you love performance-linked rewards.
• Curious, coachable, and eager to grow in the startup space.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic Excel (or willing to learn fast).
