Marketing Associate

As our new Marketing Associate, you’ll become part of a supportive team where you can build real experience working on digital campaigns, social media, content and customer engagement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Take part in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across channels like social media, email and web
  • Write and edit content for blog posts, newsletters, social media and the website
  • Help manage our social media accounts, schedule posts and engage with our online audience
  • Research industry trends, competitors and customer behaviour to support marketing decisions
  • Track campaign performance and learn how to use data to improve results
  • Collaborate with teams across the business, including product, design and sales

What we’re looking for

  • Around 1 year of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, property, or another customer-focused sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and engaging style
  • Someone who’s creative, organised and curious, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confident using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and social media platforms
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with different teams

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience using tools like Canva or other basic design platforms
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools or marketing analytics
  • You’ve written blog posts, managed a student society page or supported marketing in another setting

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a 1:1 degree (achieved or predicted) in Marketing
  • Strong A-level results (or equivalent), ideally including at least one essay-based or analytical subject
