You will be responsible for creating bespoke industry events, online content and sales materials.What you’ll do:Manage large sets of data to ensure contacts and companies are correctly tagged with engagement activity and processed into our CRM accordingly.Collaborate with procurement, legal and accounting teams to process contracts and invoices for events and virtual sponsorships.Oversee invoice management for event sponsorships, liaising with accounting and partner counterparts to ensure timely payment and approvals.Organize and maintain updated creative assets for easy access to use in partner marketing activities.Work with partner marketers to update our team activity tracker with meetings, opportunities, closed-won and workable accounts each week.Monitor swag inventory and distribution for events, ensuring timely supply management.Build relationships with external counterparts and develop a deep and strategic understanding of how we benefit their business, their programs and channels.Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.What you’ll bring to the table:Native Spanish speaker.2+ years of demonstrated success in marketing and events.
