The role
Chenavari is actively recruiting for a full-time Marketing team member, ideally a graduate with prior experience working in a regulated environment. The individual would ideally have 2–3 years of credit or hedge fund experience, a positive attitude and a strong desire to deliver excellence while developing their career in a supportive setting.
Role summary :
- Prepare and maintain marketing presentations
- Assist with the production of Investor Reports and Fact Sheets.
- You will be working within a regulated environment, where close collaboration with our compliance department and adherence to industry guidelines form an integral part of the role.
- Assisting the investment team with portfolio analysis, case study preparation, and market research for investor reporting
- Prepare and maintain DDQs
- Assist with ad-hoc investor requests
- Assist with Investor Webinars
- Draft any follow up items from the team meetings and circulate
- Prepare the summary reports for the quarterly Boards and ensure timely follow-up
- Uploading documents to the website
- Updating client information in the CRM

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a regulated environment is desirable
- 2-3 years of credit or hedge fund experience
- Essential to have advanced computer skills – high proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Skills in Bloomberg and programming languages (SQL, Python, VBA, etc.) desirable but not essential
- Analytical with meticulous attention to detail.
- Performs duties to a high standard, results oriented.
- Shows initiative and can work independently
- Able to consistently meet deadlines

- Honest & trustworthy.
- Discrete; can be trusted with confidential and sensitive information.
