By personalising each patient's interaction in real-time, we deliver world-class medical treatment in an engaging consumer experience.We're looking for a Marketing Associate to help build and deliver our external positioning as we scale. This is ground-up category creation in one of the world's most complex markets (healthcare), so we're looking for someone who is unusually commercially astute, with exceptional written communication.You'll be the first marketer at Flok, with significant ownership and influence in the role. You'll work directly with the CEO to plan and deliver key initiatives to communicate what we do, and why it matters. Our primary focus in the UK is delivering NHS physiotherapy services at population scale, so you'll concentrate on our key NHS stakeholders to build our voice and brand, and help us find those people and organisations that share our mission to make world-class healthcare universally available.You'll be responsible for:Working with our clinical team and NHS partners to help create and disseminate best practices for AI-enabled care, and share impact through both quantitative and qualitative measures. This will include creating case studies (patient and provider), service evaluations, and white papersWorking with our PR/comms representatives to help with press releases and other media work to share our progress as we scaleCreating (with design support) and maintaining marketing assets to help your commercial colleagues contract new partnerships, and expand existing onesWorking with the CEO to support our work with central government and policymakers in the tech and healthcare spacesAll the things you'll think of that haven't occurred to us yetThis is an early career role, so you might have 1-3 years of relevant experience, or you might have just graduated. What we're most looking for most is someone passionate about our mission, with the raw talent to help us get there. As the first marketer in the company, the role will grow as fast as you can. Most of the work you'll deliver will be written, so we will want to see evidence that you can think strategically and write extremely well.
