OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join our External Relations Team at Kent College, Canterbury.The Marketing Assistant is key in supporting recruitment to the school through development of the school website, social media, marketing campaigns, events and local outreach. The successful candidate will be comfortable with manual tasks and the administrative elements of the role, and will be a confident communicator. An interest in film, photography and social media influencing is desirable.Position detailsLocation: Canterbury, KentContract type: PermanentHours: 32 hours per week over 4 days, full year. Hours of work are 8:30am to 4:30pm.Salary: £20,966 per annum (£26,208 FTE)Start date: As Soon As PossiblePosted: 30th September 2025Expires: 17th October 2025 11:59 PMResponsibilitiesSupport recruitment efforts through development of the school website, social media channels, marketing campaigns, events and local outreach.Assist with administrative tasks and manual duties as required by the role.Collaborate with External Relations Team to promote the school and engage stakeholders.Qualifications & experienceGood communication skills and comfort with administrative duties.Interest in film, photography and social media influencing is desirable.Additional informationClosing date: 17th October 2025.
