About the Role
What Youll Be Doing
In this Marketing Assistant role, you'll apply your creative flair to a range of tasks, including: Teaming up with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to plan and deliver exciting lead generation and awareness campaigns. Building and scheduling email campaigns in HubSpot, using clever design and A/B testing to get the best results. Creating landing pages that convert and keeping our subscriber lists up to date. Tracking campaign performance and sharing insights to help shape future activity. Working with our Content Manager to create engaging visuals, videos, and animations for use across multiple platforms. Crafting and scheduling attention-grabbing social media posts. Supporting the creation of sales collateral and presentations that bring our story to life. Helping to keep our website fresh and optimised for SEO. Getting involved in the organisation and delivery of events and major marketing projects.

Requirements
Essential Marketing Qualification (e.g., CIM or IDM) or completion of a Marketing Internship/Apprenticeship Highly organised with strong attention to detail Naturally enthusiastic
and eager to learn
with a positive and inspiring attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable and proactive with a passion for marketing and design Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Desirable Knowledge of digital marketing Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite Familiarity with marketing software like HubSpot (emails, landing pages) and Spotler (email) Understanding of UI/UX design principles for clean, mobile-responsive layouts Basic technical skills in HTML or HubL (HubSpot Markup Language) for customisation Educated to degree level as a Business or Marketing Graduate a
nd/or Professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, and/or Web Design,
