The Role

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, helping to shape and deliver campaigns that make an impact. It’s a hands-on, varied role for someone who’s passionate about creative communication, thrives in a busy environment, and loves collaborating with a close-knit team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Creating engaging content for emails, social media, and our website (WordPress)
• Supporting the execution of end-to-end campaigns across multiple platforms
• Designing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe software
• Conducting market research to spot trends and growth opportunities
• Monitoring campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Managing timelines, merchandise, events, and internal marketing assets
• Helping with data management, CRM, email marketing, SEO, and social media
• Coordinating with the BDM team, Digital Marketing Manager, and Brand Manager
• Producing reports and supporting with ad hoc tasks and filming days
• Keeping our digital shop (Shopify) and marketing collateral up to date
• Adapting to evolving needs in a flexible and proactive manner

You’ll bring prior experience in a marketing role or internship, along with:

• Great project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and Google Suite
• A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus
• A sharp eye for detail and an organised, can-do attitude
• The confidence to contribute ideas and work collaboratively across teams
