Responsibilities Day to day for the Marketing Assistant / Marketing Administrator will be:
Provide administrative support across the marketing team. Conduct market research to understand target audiences and gather feedback to improve marketing strategies Maintain incoming leads, marketing databases, contact lists, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, collating materials, and tracking progress. Support with the creation of reports, presentations, and performance summaries. Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support marketing activities. Help manage the company’s websites and social media platforms with updates and content uploads. Handle general correspondence, invoices, and purchase orders relating to marketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally Canva Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive and flexible approach to work Some experience in marketing support
