Marketing & RfP Assistant

Location: Central London (fully office-based)

Salary: £50,000 DOE

Our leading property consultancy client is looking for an experienced Marketing & RfP Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting their bids and proposals team. While this is not a creative role – it focuses on accuracy, attention to detail and delivering polished Requests for Proposals (RfPs), pitch documents, and bid materials using content prepared by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble RfPs, pitch decks, and bid documents using existing content
  • Proofread carefully for grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency
  • Use PowerPoint, Canva, and InDesign to format and enhance presentation materials
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

About You

  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Canva, and InDesign with proven experience creating pitch and bid documents
  • Strong track record in producing RfPs or similar business documents
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience within a property consultancy or professional services environment is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fully office-based role
