Outsource NI are Hiring a Marketing Assistant in Belfast! The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team in the development and execution of campaigns and day-to-day brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, creative and eager to grow in the field of marketing. This individual helps ensure marketing activities run smoothly and effectively contribute to the brand's visibility, lead generation, and business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up and maintain customer relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings


Experience:

  • Previous internship or experience in a marketing or sales role is preferred. However, full training is provided.


Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
