The Role As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, helping to shape and deliver campaigns that make an impact. It’s a hands-on, varied role for someone who’s passionate about creative communication, thrives in a busy environment, and loves collaborating with a close-knit team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the development and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns Creating engaging content for emails, social media, and our website (WordPress) Supporting the execution of end-to-end campaigns across multiple platforms Designing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe software Conducting market research to spot trends and growth opportunities Monitoring campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure projects stay on track Managing timelines, merchandise, events, and internal marketing assets Helping with data management, CRM, email marketing, SEO, and social media Coordinating with the BDM team, Digital Marketing Manager, and Brand Manager Producing reports and supporting with ad hoc tasks and filming days Keeping our digital shop (Shopify) and marketing collateral up to date Adapting to evolving needs in a flexible and proactive manner

Sound like you? You’ll bring prior experience in a marketing role or internship, along with: Great project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with email marketing platforms and Google Suite A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus A sharp eye for detail and an organised, can-do attitude The confidence to contribute ideas and work collaboratively across teams A genuine interest in exploring areas like digital marketing, analytics, CRM, and more
