LSL Capital is seeking a talented Marketing
Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our brands. In
this role, you will assist in the implementation of marketing strategies &
activations to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This is an
excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in various areas including menu
design, graphic design, newsletters, and website updates.

In this role, you’ll act as the key connector between the
team ensuring smooth communication, timelines, and creative alignment from
concept to delivery. You’ll support the production of assets, manage creative
workflows, and help keep our projects on track.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organisational and project coordination
  skills, with excellent attention to detail.


• Great communicator - able to liaise effectively
  with creative, marketing, and operational teams.


• Familiarity and knowledge of the Adobe Creative
  Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop),  and basic understanding of
  creative workflows.


• ​Familiarity
  & basic knowledge of design & presentation tools such as Canva and
  Power Point, basic editing video ratios/ editing skills.


• A proactive approach to managing multiple projects
  and deadlines.


• Some experience in branding, design and
  marketing.


• Working knowledge of tools like Mailchimp,
  Wordpress or basic HTML is a plus.


• Hospitality experience is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between internal teams and external
  partners to ensure deadlines are met and briefs are clear.


• Assist with the development and rollout of creative
  assets. 


• Manage artwork and asset libraries, ensuring all
  files are correctly formatted and archived.


• Support the creative team with admin and project
  management tasks - from scheduling to tracking feedback and approvals.


• Help update and maintain marketing materials such
  as menus and digital touchpoints.


• Assist in preparing presentations, monthly reports,
  meeting notes and regular updates for key stakeholders.


• Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming
  sessions, support with photoshoots, PR activations, and the
  smooth flow of information between departments.


• Helping with newsletters & website edits for LSL
  Capital brands, including drafting content, designing layouts, and
  tracking analytics to measure the success of email campaigns.


• Assist with restaurant menu updates and changes, when
  needed.
