Role Summary

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns to promote apprenticeships and training services. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in marketing, with a passion for education and skills development.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the creation and scheduling of content across digital channels including social media, website, and email.

* Support marketing campaigns to recruit learners and engage employers.

* Help maintain and update the company website using the CMS.

* Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and CRM updates.

* Support the development of printed and digital marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations).

* Monitor social media engagement and provide basic analytics reports.

* Help coordinate events such as webinars, and employer engagement events.
