Marketing & RfP Assistant

Location: Central London (fully office-based) Salary: £50,000

Our leading property consultancy client is looking for an experienced Marketing & RfP Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting their bids and proposals team. While this is not a creative role – it focuses on accuracy, attention to detail and delivering polished Requests for Proposals (RfPs), pitch documents, and bid materials using content prepared by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble RfPs, pitch decks, and bid documents using existing content Proofread carefully for grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency Use PowerPoint, Canva, and InDesign to format and enhance presentation materials Manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

About You: Skilled in PowerPoint, Canva, and InDesign with proven experience creating pitch and bid documents Strong track record in producing RfPs or similar business documents Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Experience within a property consultancy or professional services environment is a plus Comfortable working in a fully office-based role
