As Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

* Creating and scheduling engaging content across LinkedIn and Facebook * Writing and posting job adverts * Supporting blog creation, newsletters, and branding materials * Assisting with email campaigns and segmented lists * Helping organise events and capturing promotional content

As Marketing Assistant, your experience will include:

* A passion for marketing, social media, and recruitment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) * Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and email marketing platforms * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
