OverviewThe Marketing Assistant is central to delivering impactful marketing campaigns and memorable client experiences. Working closely with the BD & Marketing team, they will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring the firm’s brand is consistently and creatively represented.Events are a key part of the role, with the Marketing Coordinator playing a hands-on role in the full lifecycle of hosted and sponsored events — from logistics and supplier coordination through to communications, delivery, and post-event reporting. Alongside events, the role will also contribute to wider marketing activity including content development, digital updates, and campaign coordination.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and creative, with a genuine interest in marketing and events. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team.Main responsibilitiesSupport the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring timely and effective delivery.Assist with executing a variety of events, including client roundtables, dinners, firmwide conferences, and industry events such as UKREiiF.Provide logistical support for events: venue research, supplier liaison, on-site branding, AV setup, catering, registration, and collateral preparation.Coordinate the sending of communications such as invitations, reminders, follow-ups, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts.Collaborate with the BD and creative teams to prepare briefs and develop marketing collateral and digital content.Help manage marketing calendars and inboxes, ensuring activity is well organised and aligned across teams.Support post-event activity including gathering feedback, reporting on outcomes, and tracking leads.Maintain accurate records of marketing assets, branded materials, and giveaways, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished.Assist in tracking performance and compiling reports to inform future campaigns and events.Support on team administration: organising meetings, managing files, invoices, budget support, securing sign offs etc.About you / Qualifications1+ year of experience in an executive admin, marketing or events role, ideally within professional services.Strong writing and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.Excellent organisational and project management abilities.Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Confident using marketing tools (e.g., CMS platforms, NetSuite, or similar systems).Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.Familiarity with B2B marketing and client engagement strategies.Experience working with external partners or industry bodies (e.g., NLA).Exposure to tools such as Kato or other property marketing platforms.Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
