InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join a manufacturing company in Witton.

This role will be to cover maternity leave.

You will be required to assist in the successful implementation of marketing and communications plans and activities on time and within budget requirements. This is a hands-on role which requires working with all relevant teams to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to keep on/offline marketing and communications on track and ensure long-term UK and International business success.

Duties of the Marketing Assistant will be:

Assist the Sales and Marketing Director in developing and delivering all on and offline marketing and communications to reflect the core values of the business. Take responsibility in ensuring that all material is to be delivered to the highest quality, accurate and kept up-to-date in line with changes in the business, new product information and relevant legislation changes Provide a knowledgeable and helpful service to all customers in delivering/directing sales and service enquiries via the website, e-mail and phone as required. Support the sales team by delivering key reports and ensuring customers receive relevant information and samples as required.
