We are one big team of helpful, polite and flexible professionals.About the RoleAs a Marketing Assistant, you ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing Director to deliver engaging campaigns, content, and events. This is a hands-on role where you ll support both online and offline marketing activities, ensuring everything reflects our core values - teamwork, trust, respect, and drive for success.Your day-to-day responsibilitiesCreating and updating marketing materials, brochures, and packaging.Writing engaging copy for press releases, websites, and promotional campaigns.Managing website content, online promotions, and CRM updates.Coordinating events, exhibitions, and direct mail campaigns.Supporting the sales team with reports, samples, and customer communications.Conducting marketing research and analysing campaign effectiveness.About YouWe re looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. You ll bring:A degree in Marketing/Communications (or equivalent experience).At least 1 years experience in a similar B2B marketing role.Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Excellent organisation and time management skills.Good IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects.It would also be great (but not essential) if you have experience with Adobe InDesign or similar design software, knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and social media campaigns, CRM or CMS experience, and event management exposure.Why Join UsAt Thermoseal Group, we pride ourselves on being a friendly, supportive workplace where everyone is encouraged to grow.
