About us Loch Lomond Golf Club is one of the worlds finest private members golf clubs. It sits on the bonnie bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, amidst breathtaking scenery but within easy reach of Glasgow and Stirling. Access to our facilities and events is restricted to our members and their guests therefore the marketing team's nuanced remit is to engage and inform to maximise the participation of our members in as many of our Club activities as possible. Your day-to-day tasks will include the following: Use of Canva to create various elements such as menus, Member and team communications, tournament materials, recruitment advertising, leaflets, posters, documents Capturing photos around the Club that can be used as content in support our professional photography Active management of the Clubs social channels including creation of a social media plan and monitoring and responding to comments and activity relating to the Club Updating the Members app Ensuring details are always up to date on Constant Contact (used for email communications to Members) Assistance in the organisation of Club events where marketing plays a key role e.g. Summer Garden Fete, Christmas Market Production of reports relating to results from the annual Member survey into a presentable format for the Board and Senior Management team Act as brand guardian - monitoring activity across the Club to ensure consistent brand expression General assistance to all teams with marketing activities, as well as ad hoc administrative duties as needed To be considered youll need: Marketing / digital / graphic degree or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience To be highly proficient in the use of Canva software Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word Social media skills relating to posting, monitoring, and managing channels to include LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Knowledge of software packages including Constant Contact and Crowd Signal would be ideal - though training can be provided Due to the geographical spread of our facilities - a full UK driving licence is a necessity Diversity Statement We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all applicants and employees giving priority only to qualities and skills required for each role.
