The role: Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Global Brand & NPD team. Assisting with marketing initiatives that support the innovation process from concept to launch, including all stages of product development through to the campaign and activation.

What you will do

• Supporting the Brand & NPD team with operational tasks to support innovation projects throughout the process, e.g., PO raising, coordination of samples
• Assist with briefings – new NPD projects and creative projects
• Conducting competitor research, analysis and reporting
• Time-to-time ownership and management of operational and commercial NPD projects such as packaging updates and sales
• Help with creation of presentations and coordination of large internal Sell-in meetings – arrangement of the event and samples together with the Junior Brand Managers within the team
• Support in campaign process, from coordinating product samples to attendance of shoots with potential ownership campaigns and overseeing asset development

What you will need

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Highly organized
• Prior work experience in an office/administration, within Marketing would be advantageous
• Passion for the fragrance/luxury/beauty industry/marketing
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
