What you will enjoy doing

Our two-year apprenticeship scheme is designed to put you atthe centre of the action. At Linde, you’ll learn, earn, and take the excitingfirst steps in your career empowered to fulfil your ambitions and grow with us. The role provides anexcellent opportunity to gain hands-on experiencein a dynamic environment and develop foundational skills in marketing whilstcompleting the Level4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship. This will be done through a mixture of practical, on-the-job learningfor four days a week and dedicated study for one day a week.

• In this role you will support our Marketing Campaigns &Automation Team, where you’ll play a key part in delivering impactful marketingand automation plans
• You will support and deliver tactical campaigns that drive engagement, boost awareness and deliver measurable results

• Your day-to-day will involve creating standout marketing materials including social media content, video assets, blogs, newsletters, case studies and print collateral
• You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns land with impact and meet expectations
• Expect to monitor project budgets using the right systems and controls to keep everything on track
• You’ll evaluate campaign performance and use insights to shape future activity
• You’ll analyse data from multiple sources to support marketing strategies and tactics
• You’ll use digital tools including web analytics, social media platforms and email automation systems to deliver and monitor activity
• Furthermore you’ll bring fresh ideas to planning sessions and help shape creative direction
• You’ll learn to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and deploy automated, scheduled and trigger-based emails that reach and engage key audiences
• Lastly you’ll have the opportunity to support the delivery of a key events
  
  

What makes you great

• You have educational qualifications - Grade 5+ for English and Maths, equivalentto level 3 qualification of 2 A-levels
• You come with a genuine interest in marketing, shown through internships, coursework or extracurricular activities
• You’re confident in your verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• Expect to take initiative,you’re self-motivated, eager to learn and ready to contribute meaningfully to the team
• Your mindset is organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with ease
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support day-to-day work
• You have an appreciation for digital marketing methods including SEO, social media, content creation, email campaigns and paid advertising, even if you haven’t mastered them all yet
