OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Apprentice to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about communications, digital content, and collaborative work. You will support the coordination of marketing activities across the company, playing a key part in delivering internal and external messaging that reflects our brand.ResponsibilitiesApprentices will manage budgets or have some oversight as to how budgets are managedContent Creation & Coordination: liaise with internal departments to gather information and draft one-pagers, FAQs, or informative briefs; support the creation of content for internal and external communications, including case studies, service overviews, and product highlights; maintain brand consistency across all content produced; contribute to marketing plan and strategic planningSocial Media Management: coordinate and schedule social media posts across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram); collaborate with internal teams to gather post ideas and visual content; monitor engagement and contribute to reporting on social campaign performanceEvent Marketing Support: liaise with staff attending events to collect photographs and insights for promotional use; help create pre-event and post-event content (e.g., social posts, wrap-up graphics, internal news)Knowledge Base Management: maintain and update the company’s marketing wiki space with relevant documents, guidelines, and templates; ensure all marketing materials and content are current, well-organised, and easily accessibleGeneral Administrative Support: assist in organising marketing files, creative assets, and campaign calendars; help with internal communications related to marketing initiatives; manage external suppliers (e.g. freelancers, printers, other types of suppliers)Education & Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent (including English and Maths) required; A-Levels or equivalent preferred; interest or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Media is a plus; no prior work experience required – we’re looking for someone motivated to growEssential SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganised with excellent attention to detailComfortable using social media platforms for businessProficient in using productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeWillingness to learn marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, or scheduling tools like Buffer/HootsuiteConfident liaising with team members across departmentsEnthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop new skillsWhat You'll GainHands-on experience across a range of marketing functionsMentorship and training in content marketing, social media, and internal communicationsExposure to business operations and marketing strategyAn opportunity to shape internal communication processes and contribute creative ideasMulti-Channel Marketer Level 3 Qualification via Ginger Nut TrainingBenefitsAt Techary, we embrace a family culture and believe in working as a team to overcome any challenge we face.Employee benefits include:Birthday as a free day holidaySocial events run throughout the yearFree breakfast, snacks and drinksLunch provided FridayEqual OpportunityTechary is committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all staff and job applicants.
