Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join us on our journey.

The Role

This is a varied role where you’ll be supporting the marketing team across social media, paid media, and technical support. You’ll need to be adaptable, self-sufficient, and willing to get stuck in with both creative and technical tasks.

• Assisting with social media strategy and content planning.
• Providing technical support across websites and CRMs (Go High Level, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Helping with front-end web design and client site updates when required.
• Supporting the team with paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.), including monitoring, reporting, and understanding data.
• Troubleshooting and sorting client requests quickly and efficiently.
• Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to help drive results.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Competent in both creative and technical areas of marketing.
• Familiar with CRMs and email marketing platforms (Go High Level, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Comfortable with front-end web design and problem-solving technical issues.
• Knowledgeable about social media platforms and what type of content performs.
• Interested in paid ads and data-driven marketing.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and eager to learn.

Starting Salary: £25,000+ (depending on experience)
