The Role \n This role requires working on-site at least four days a week across two locations: \n Audley Sunningdale Park in Ascot (SL5 0QD) and Audley Fairmile in Cobham (KT11 2FT). \n At Audley Group, we are changing the face of retirement in the UK. With continued investment and growth, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Partnerships Specialist to support our sales teams and drive local engagement and lead generation for two key villages: Sunningdale Park and Fairmile. \n Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, the Marketing and Partnerships Specialist will create, manage, and grow strategic local partnerships, events, and campaigns that increase visibility and drive qualified leads to our villages. \n Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: \n \n Identify and secure new business opportunities and referral networks to increase lead generation and sales conversions for Sunningdale Park and Fairmile. \n Create and execute localised business development strategies tailored to each village's demographics and location. \n Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, professional networks, community groups, and organisation...
