Duties will be shared with the other part time Marketing and Events Supervisor. About the role Our vision is that people of all ages can come together and enjoy a safe, social and inclusive environment. We are now looking for an experienced Supervisor to support the Folk Hall Managers in achieving this vision through ensuring excellent customer service and the development of current and new relationships with stakeholders. The role involves the operational day to day supervision of the Folk Hall Customer Service team, with a focus on Marketing and Events, as well as overseeing the management of the shop, reception and bookings. Our thriving events programme includes everything from local community groups and regular activities, through to corporate bookings and Weddings - no two days will be the same!
