Overview Ringrose Law is a highly respected legal firm with offices across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire, and South Yorkshire. Following our expansion, we’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Events Manager to join our growing team. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in delivering our firm-wide marketing strategy. We’re looking for a dynamic, organised, and creative individual with a passion for marketing and events who can bring fresh ideas and energy to all our activities. The role is full time and can be based at any of our Lincolnshire offices. Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing the firm’s marketing plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives and core values. Provide organisational and administrative support for corporate, networking, and internal events – including attendance when required. Deliver marketing support across our nine regional offices. Support the maintenance of the firm’s website, liaising with external design and development teams as needed. Oversee internal communications via the staff intranet, creating and uploading engaging content. Manage the firm’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Write and edit content for press releases, marketing campaigns, and website updates. Coordinate with third-party suppliers and agencies for marketing materials and collateral.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a marketing and events role. Degree-level qualification in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience in a professional marketing environment. Strong understanding of multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Loomly, WordPress). Proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics. Experience using Canva or similar design software.

Additional Requirements
A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
