Pay: £30,000 - £34,000

Job Summary
The Marketing & Events Manager/Assistant Manager will play a central and hands-on role in supporting both the Marketing and Business Development functions. This position is responsible for the practical execution of marketing campaigns and events, taking ownership of the marketing planning process and documentation, and facilitating B2B partnerships from basic lead generation through to joint marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Strategy and Campaign Management:
? Take full
ownership of the marketing planning document,
ensuring all campaigns and events are scheduled and delivered on time.

Contribute to the overall marketing and Business Development strategy
by providing input on event participation, identifying new partnership opportunities, and optimizing messaging.

Liaise with various stakeholders,
including third-party suppliers, internal clinical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Oversee campaign implementation,
including the preparation and collation of necessary documentation, booking of resources and venues, and providing feedback on content.

Take ownership of physical marketing collateral,
managing inventory, storage, and reordering as required.
?
Attend and assist with marketing events,
including networking events and those taking place on weekends (expected to be approximately one weekend per month).

Contribute to and assist with reporting,
providing data and insights on the performance of campaigns and events.
B2B Support:
? Research and identify potential B2B leads across the UK in relevant sectors.
? Maintain and update the B2B partner database.
? Work with partners to develop, facilitate, and carry out joint marketing and promotional initiatives.
? Assist in the preparation and facilitation of B2B contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
? Support the review of partnership success by gathering data and providing insights.
? Assist in communicating with partners and responding to routine inquiries.
General Administrative Support:
? Provide administrative support to both the Business Development and Marketing teams as needed.
Skills and Qualities
? Proven administrative or coordination experience, ideally within a B2B or marketing environment.
? Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, particularly with documentation and data entry.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging demeanour.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is a plus.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
? A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
? Familiarity with marketing principles and event coordination is a plus.
