A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and self-starting professional to lead on marketing, communications and events for Grand Union Business Improvement District. Job Overview The Marketing and Events Manager will be responsible for communicating the work of the BID, celebrating achievements in social impact, devising and promoting events for our BID members. The postholder is responsible for the strategic oversight of the BID’s public relations, brand and communications strategies. This includes regular contact with BID members, community partners, landlords and estates and key stakeholders such as Westminster City Council. Job Description This role comprises both business to business and business to consumer functions, and we are seeking candidates with experience of both. Events: Creation and delivery of a member networking event series that increases levels of participation and engagement by BID member companies. Curating a series of wellbeing related events for member companies, working closely with the Head of Social Value, sourcing venues and speakers. Developing a NextGen network across Paddington companies, sourcing hosts, venues and speakers.
