The Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO) Chapter UK & Europe is a dynamic membership organisation dedicated to promoting the Caribbean region to B2B and B2C audiences. With over 85 members, we provide a wide range of opportunities to develop business through international events and integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Events Executive to support the organisation’s activities and mission. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, the successful candidate will bring strong expertise in digital marketing, event management, and communications, with a passion for delivering results. This is an excellent stepping-stone role offering extensive exposure across both public and private sectors within the travel industry, including media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing strategies to support growth and engagement.
• Develop and support our membership community.
• Organise, promote and attend events from start to finish.
• Create compelling promotional materials.
• Conceptualise and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage all digital platforms effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full-time, hybrid working arrangement (1 day per week in London).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in marketing and event management, with proven ability to manage projects independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in tourism, marketing, events, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Results-driven, creative, and highly organised.
• Immediate availability, ideally based in or near London/Home Counties.
