OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Events Associate to join our London team, covering UK, Europe and Asia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with relatively new experience to continue to develop their skills in event management, marketing communications, and digital campaigns within a leading asset management business. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, external partners, and the sales team, playing a key role in shaping how we engage with clients and showcase our brand.What will you do?Event ManagementSupport the end-to-end delivery of events, ranging from small roundtables to large proprietary events, third-party sponsorships and webinars.Manage event logistics, including venues, catering, AV, and delegate management.Coordinate event invitations, track RSVPs, and update Salesforce campaigns.Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, and investment teams) throughout.Marketing SupportProduce newsletters, event invites and support on video production.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assist with marketing campaigns and third-party media bookings.Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements to increase engagement.Ensure all activity meets brand standards and is compliant for the relevant regions.Assist with company social media activity, by writing, complying and scheduling posts.General SupportAct as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors.Provide day-to-day marketing and event support, contributing ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveDemonstrable experience in marketing and/or events, ideally within financial services, professional services, or asset management.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.Familiarity with Salesforce for event tracking and updates.Nice-to-haveAdditional language skills.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; additional design/video tools.Familiarity with Salesforce marketing cloud or other email tool.What is in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best - progressive thinking to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
