Overview

Marketing Assistant and Customer Services - combined role. We are recruiting for a new role with a client in the healthcare marketplace, based just north of Alton in Hampshire. The role is to work as a member of a small (but growing) team of 4 customer services people. The company is increasing focus on marketing in 2026, which is why this new role has been created.

Responsibilities

  • Social media posting
  • Digital collaterals
  • Exhibitions
  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Addressing customers questions around products, deliveries and services
  • Processing orders and invoices

If you are a recent marketing graduate, this would be an excellent career launch for you. Full training will be given.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent phone manner; strong customer service focus
  • Diplomacy and tact are important to support a strong sales department
  • Interest in working within healthcare is an advantage
  • Qualification in marketing or 2 years’ experience as a marketing assistant is required

Working arrangements

The role is office based, 9-5, with some flexibility and potential to work from home one day per week for the right person. You must live within 30 minutes travel of Alton in Hampshire.
