Marketing and Communications Officer Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Contract: 1 x Permanent; 1 x 12 month fixed-term contract Location: York office, with the potential for some WFH availability We have two great opportunities for experienced Marketing and Communications Officers to join our Marketing and Communications team. Role One (full-time, permanent):  Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you will help raise awareness of our programmes and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategic thinking and has a genuine interest in STEM education. Role Two (full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension):  Collaborating with ESERO-UK and colleagues across STEM Learning, you will use your marketing expertise to lead impactful campaigns for the European Space Education Resource Office (ESERO-UK). For both roles, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, delivering integrated and compelling campaigns and communications that engage a wide range of audiences—from educators and partners to stakeholders and the wider public. You’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying our impact - bringing our programmes, resources, and support to life to help us achieve our vision of improving lives through STEM education. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver a mix of digital and offline marketing, communications, and PR activities Develop and execute integrated campaigns that promote our brand and services Write clear, engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms Use data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement Provide guidance and support to colleagues and partners on marketing best practices Monitor performance, budgets, and ROI, and contribute to continuous improvement Represent the team at events and meetings, and support internal training Please take a look at the full  Role Profile  to find out more!
