OverviewMarketing and Communications Officer (iGolf and iPlay) at England Golf. This role focuses on delivering the marketing and communications framework for the iGolf and iPlay programmes, with a focus on subscriber and user growth as part of England Golf’s drive to connect and engage with independent golfers. We believe golf belongs to everyone and all who play or aspire to play must have an equal opportunity.ResponsibilitiesDeliver the marketing and communications framework for the iGolf and iPlay programmes, focusing on subscriber and user growth.Manage the full marketing mix: social networking, PR, email and website communications, social media content and management.Develop digital, conversion-focused content with strong creative and copywriting skills.Apply market analysis to drive digital marketing and communications strategies.Utilise email software tools and a CMS to manage website content.Communicate clearly and accurately in written and verbal form.Prioritise and organise workload effectively.Qualifications and skillsKnowledge of the full marketing mix, including social networking, PR, email and website communications, and social media management.Demonstrable practical experience developing digital, conversion-focused content with strong creative and copywriting skills.Ability to apply market analysis to drive digital marketing and communications.Knowledge and experience with email tools and CMS.Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken, with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workload.RequirementsFull-time, Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm core hours; may require weekends and evenings.
