Overview

Marketing and Communications Coordinator (6-month contract) – Peridot Partners. Location: Hybrid – London office 3 days per week. We are looking for a brilliant, hands-on Coordinator to keep our voice strong and our projects moving during a busy, transformative period.

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing and communications team in day-to-day delivery while the organisation undergoes change.
  • Collaborate with consultants to create and update online job packs and other client-focused materials.
  • Develop and write compelling social media campaigns to reflect our diverse and inclusive approach to leadership and social good.
  • Ensure our website and other communications remain up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with brand positioning.
  • Work effectively with colleagues across the business to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Curious mindset with the confidence to share ideas.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Canva, WordPress, InDesign and Microsoft Office, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Marketing or communications experience is helpful; the right attitude matters just as much.

Working Arrangements

  • Flexible and agile working patterns; ideally in London office three days per week.
