OverviewThe successful applicant will contribute to the creation and implementation of annual marketing strategies, be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media for the Marketing department and wider college, and support other related marketing activities as detailed in the accompanying job description. The post works across the College with curriculum staff and support staff as well as the wider University to promote core College provision, employer engagement and commercial activity.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the creation and implementation of annual marketing strategies.Plan, create, schedule, and monitor social media for the Marketing department and wider college.Support other related marketing activities as detailed in the accompanying job description.Collaborate across the College with curriculum staff and support staff, and with the wider University to promote core College provision, employer engagement and commercial activity.Qualifications and SkillsApplicants must be educated to HNC in a Marketing or Business-Related subject and/or have experience of working in a similar role within a marketing function.Must have a good understanding of GDPR within a Marketing context.Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.All other essential and desirable criteria can be found in the attached person specification.Applicants that meet essential criteria will be invited to interview.
