A Vacancy at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
As a key member of the Private Patients team, you will lead marketing and campaign activity to promote our services to patients, GPs, consultants, insurers, embassies, and other referral sources. You will manage our digital presence, including website development, SEO, social media, review platforms, and online advertising, as well as oversee non-digital marketing initiatives. The role involves creating and executing content and campaigns, developing marketing plans, and supporting brand growth. You will work closely with senior managers across the Private Care Directorate to deliver professional events for prospective patients and referring organisations, including open days, presentations, and informal engagement opportunities. Collaboration with service managers will be key to ensuring all patient-facing materials—online and written—are clear, professional, and aligned with our brand. You will also support the collection and reporting of patient feedback and satisfaction across both digital and offline channels.
