Marketing and Campaign Manager

New Today

Overview

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a talented and commercially minded Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role in driving the UK’s leading holiday rentals brand forward through bold, effective, and fully integrated TTL (through-the-line) campaigns.

We are Europe’s largest manager of holiday rental properties, with over 100,000 properties across 25 countries. Our purpose is simple – to delight both our owners and our guests. Cottages.com and Hoseasons are at the heart of our UK portfolio, and with demand for unique holiday experiences at an all-time high, there’s never been a better time to join us.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead the Cottages.com or Hoseasons brand, ensuring consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints. Act as the ultimate guardian of the brand, with final sign-off on all brand-related outputs across creative, communications, and campaigns.
  • Plan, lead, and execute TTL campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Shape and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring it remains relevant and differentiated in the market.
  • Lead the creation, implementation, and ongoing refinement of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and other assets to drive consistent activation across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct and leverage audience and market research to inform brand positioning, creative direction, and campaign strategies.
  • Identify and optimize the most effective marketing channels for audience engagement and commercial impact, ensuring campaigns are tailored to fit each channel.
  • Manage creative and media agencies – briefing, challenging, and collaborating to achieve outstanding work.
  • Manage our in-house designer to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
  • Support new ways of working, embedding best practice and process improvements across the team.
  • Lead and motivate a small team to deliver with passion, pace, and precision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience owning a consumer brand and leading integrated campaigns – either client side or within an agency.
  • Strong expertise in managing both creative and media – external agencies and in-house teams.
  • Commercially focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders.
  • Background in travel, leisure, or a fast-paced consumer sector (desirable).
  • Passion for travel, creativity, and delivering work that makes an impact.

What We’ll Give You

  • The chance to truly own and grow a UK travel brand, into a household name.
  • A supportive, passionate team – locally and internationally – who value creativity, collaboration, and fresh ideas.
  • Hybrid working, with opportunities for cross-functional learning and development.
  • Competitive salary, fantastic benefits, and great travel discounts (because we practise what we preach!).

What else do you need to know?

We want to make the application process as stress-free as possible, so typically we’ll have an informal chat with you on the phone, followed by a comprehensive face to face interview, where you’ll have a chance to find out a bit more about the exciting things we’re doing. We want to hear about your favourite (and least favourite) projects, what makes you tick and why.

We believe in equal opportunities and aim to create a team that is representative of our society, knowing that embracing differences enhances the capabilities of our business and makes for a happy place to work. We are proud to recognise and celebrate that we have a diverse culture where employees are accepted for who they are, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or ability.
