The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Director, Business Development in identifying opportunities for business development, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and coordinating marketing and business development activities. - Supports the Director, Business Development in identifying opportunities for business development, including researching potential clients, partners, and suppliers
- Supports the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and potential clients, partners, and suppliers
- Assists with marketing and business development activities, including supporting and coordinating client presentations, assisting in the preparation of proposals and other marketing materials
- Assists with planning and execution of client events in European cities.
- Assists in the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans
- Provides administrative support to the Director, Business Development, including scheduling meetings, managing diaries, note taking and preparing reports
- Researches and analyses prospects, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Works closely with global practice teams and collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Maintains accurate records and databases of business development activities and outcomes such as new client information, and post event evaluations
- Provides regular updates and reports to the Director, Business Development and other stakeholders
- 1+ years of experience in a bus dev, marketing or sales support role
- Strong understanding of professional services business development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of CRM systems and database management
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong client facing skills
- Experience in a similar role within a UK-based company (desirable)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software (desirable)
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation (desirable)
- Fluent in French (desirable)
