Role: Marketing Analyst Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits Location: Tarporley, Chester - 2-3 days p/w on site What We're Looking For Previous experience with CRO, SEO, PPC, Paid Media and campaign analytics is essential Previous experience in SQL or Big Query Strong understanding of core marketing metrics, attribution models, and the customer journey. Experience with digital marketing platforms (eg, Google Analytics) A proactive problem-solver with a proven ability to go beyond surface-level metrics to uncover actionable insights and commercial opportunities. Experience creating clear, effective, and compelling dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and tell a story to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities Campaign Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, channels (eg, paid media, email, SEO), and initiatives. Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to marketing stakeholders.
