Customers can fly from all major UK airports with direct flights from all major carriers, thousands of hotels to choose from, and add-ons including car hire, insurance, and attractions.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and build reporting: Collaborate with the wider business to develop a suite of reporting to help track marketing performance across all acquisition channels.Build and maintain data repository and data feeds: Bringing together data from several sources into one common central location. Work with APIs from platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, TikTok Ads, and others to extract marketing performance data, and to also push data into marketing channels for targeting of the right customers and products.Analyse marketing performance: Using the tools built, analyse marketing performance to optimise channel expenditure. Focussing on budget optimisation across multiple digital channels. Use BigQuery to process and analyze large datasets from various marketing platforms. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Collaboration: Work closely with the wider business to keep all key stakeholders informed of marketing performance and decisions. Work closely with marketing teams to define KPIs and reporting needs. Partner with engineering and data teams to enhance data infrastructure.What You’ll NeedAnalytical Mindset: Ability to analyse website performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions (GA4 experience essential). Experience of segmenting audiences, analyzing customer behaviour and providing recommendations to ensure commercial metrics.Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and how they are best utilised for customer acquisition.Reporting: Experience using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and/or Looker.Scripting: Experience building scripts to utilise third-party APIs to extract data (Javascript and Python an advantage) such as from Google Ads, Meta utilizing Google Cloud Platform.Data querying: Strong SQL skills required, with significant experience of using Google Cloud Platform and Google Big Query.Attribution: Experience with A/B testing and attribution modeling.What can we offer if you decide to travel with us?Dynamic work culture in a global environmentAXA medical care partnership.Life Insurance.Annual leave allowance + 8 days UK bank holidays.2 hours per week for self development.Flexible working arrangements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
