We are on the lookout for a focused and innovative Marketing Analyst specializing in Growth Marketing. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to drive growth strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients, which includes renowned sports organizations and brands.
As part of the Two Circles team, you will utilize data and metrics to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance audience engagement. Your analytical skills will support the development of effective marketing strategies that not only engage fans but also help our clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret marketing data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand positioning in the marketplace and identify potential opportunities.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing tactics to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as META, Google Search, Tik Tok and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives from data.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies in data and ensure accuracy across dashboards, reports and campaign builds.
- A team player with great communication skills - comfortable keeping internal teams updated and confident building trusted relationships with clients through clear and timely responses
Experience that would be beneficial
- Experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
