Key Responsibilities:

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing and customer success teams

* Assist customers with troubleshooting portal and app-related queries

* Offer guidance to users to ensure they get the most from the platform

* Support client communication and coordination to ensure smooth delivery of services

* Update and maintain the internal database

* Assist with creating and managing social media schedules

* Provide diary management and organisational support

* Offer general support to the marketing team, including activity on LinkedIn

* Contribute to a busy, positive, team-driven environment

Experience and Skills Requirements:

* A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

* A proactive mindset with good problem-solving ability

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Any experience within marketing or office administration is beneficial but not essential
