An established property marketing agency is looking to grow its team with the addition of an experienced Account Manager. We’re seeking someone with at least two years’ experience in an account management role who can bring strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to managing and developing client relationships.

In this role, you’ll work across a range of verticals, acting as a trusted partner and the key link between clients, prospects, and internal teams. Your focus will be on driving client satisfaction, ensuring retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling and growth. You’ll be accountable for meeting targets around renewal rates, client engagement, and revenue contribution, helping both our clients and our business succeed.

You’ll benefit from ongoing training and mentoring, but as an experienced professional, you’ll also be trusted with autonomy and ownership. As you progress, you’ll take on greater responsibility for managing accounts, expanding client portfolios, and contributing directly to the continued success of the company.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Account Management or client-facing role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience in hitting retention and upselling targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Proactive problem solver with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident working across multiple stakeholders (clients, prospects, and internal teams)
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Ambition and drive to take ownership of client success and contribute to company growth
