Award-winning integrated communications agency, Midas, has an opening for a marketing account manager.

The Opportunity:

Our new Account Manager (Marketing) will have the opportunity to work on an incredible range of arts, culture & entertainment clients spanning books, music, visual arts, live events, prizes, exhibitions, festivals, and beyond.

Our clients include internationally renowned organisations such as Affordable Art Fair, The Women’s Prize and BookTrust, much loved festivals including Henley Festival, and Cliveden Literature Festival, prestigious literary prizes like the Windham Campbell Prizes and Wolfson History Prize, respected organisations like Bookshop.org and The London Book Fair, and many leading publishers including Bloomsbury, Hachette, Pan Macmillan, Penguin Random House, Oxford Children’s, and Firefinch not to mention some of the UKs biggest authors in Patricia Cornwell and Lucy Foley.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts across a range of timescales and budgets, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of outstanding projects and campaigns on behalf of a wide range of clients
  • Establish and develop superb client relationships, ensuring first-class standards of communication, service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with clients on producing scroll-stopping content to grow their platforms and increase engagement
  • Provide expert advice on social media strategy and content creation for individual client needs
  • Oversee direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns encompassing digital and non-digital paid media
  • Deliver successful organic and paid social media campaigns, from strategy to execution
  • Production of eye-catching social media content including designed assets, videos & photography
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencer & creator contacts in the books, arts and culture landscape
  • Represent Midas at external events, industry forums, conferences, pitches, presentations and seminars

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels & media, including content creator campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media/digital marketing trends, tools (including analytics), and best practices
  • Demonstrable experience of brand or individual’s social media growth through effective management & content plans
  • Experience delivering paid social and search projects – including Meta, Google and Amazon – and evaluating and sharing results
  • Excellent design skills, proven experience with Canva, preferably also proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign
  • Exemplary communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects & accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
