Location: Manchester City Centre – 4 days working from the office/a venue, with one day at home available.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role with broad exposure across different channels — ideally in hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns (not just social or CRM) across digital, PR, partnerships, and in-venue activity.
• A creative eye for content and storytelling, with a natural feel for brand tone of voice.
• Comfortable using performance data to measure effectiveness and adapt campaigns.
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and venues at once.
• Bonus points if you’re passionate about food, drink, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Delivery

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels – digital, PR, social, CRM, partnerships, and in-venue.
• Work with the in-house creative team to brief, shape, and execute engaging campaign assets.
• Assist in the organisation and promotion of seasonal events, product launches, and activations that drive guest engagement and sales.

Brand Support & Strategy

• Contribute to the annual brand plan and campaign calendar alongside the Senior Brand Manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure Albert’s Schloss remains distinctive and ahead of the curve.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to planning sessions.

Collateral & Asset Delivery

• Support the production and rollout of menus, POS, and in-venue collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Liaise with suppliers, printers, and partners to ensure assets land across venues.

Performance & Reporting

• Collate, analyse, and track campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to inform future activity.

Commercials & Growth

• Support national and local initiatives to drive sales, frequency, and brand engagement.
• Assist with supplier relationships and day-to-day communication.
