Let’s build something great, together.We’re looking for a motivated and experienced EMEA Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the main link between the global programs team and the EMEA region, helping to adapt global programs for local markets as well as create new programs locally. You’ll lead the planning and execution of EMEA-wide programs and webinars, work with several stakeholders and vendors, manage budgets, and make sure everything runs smoothly alongside field marketing and campaign teams.You’ll also work closely with our SDR teams to make sure they have what they need to follow up on leads. This is also a player-coach role, where you’ll lead and support one other team member.What You’ll DoAct as the primary liaison with the global programs team to align on new and recurring programsLocalize global programs to effectively meet the needs of EMEA markets, in collaboration with the EMEA Campaign ManagerOwn the regional alignment with EMEA SDR teams, ensuring they are set up for success in lead follow-upManage program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to meet our targetsCollaborate actively with field marketing and campaign teams to ensure flawless integration of our programsCoach and guide a team member based in AmsterdamEngage with third party suppliersRequirementsDemonstrated creativity in program development and problem-solvingVelocity in execution and thorough follow-upExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven experience working with global teams, particularly in the USStrong knowledge of reporting and analytics using Salesforce and Tableau to monitor results and identify areas for improvementAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesRegular office presence in LondonThe ability to coach and guide a team member across different locationsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environmentProven track record of successful program localization and creationExperience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resourcesAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on and results driven attitudeJoin Us in Securing the World's DataRubrik (NYSE: RBRK) is on a mission to secure the world’s data.
