We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Loyalty Marketing function. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers, you'll be the engine behind how Morrisons understands and engages with millions of customers.
You will be responsible for analysing customer and transactional data to drive insight, measure loyalty performance, and inform the optimisation of the loyalty proposition. The role supports data-led decision making across the loyalty teams, helping to improve customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.
What you'll be doing: Analyse loyalty member behaviour, engagement, spend and redemption patterns
Measure performance of loyalty mechanics, promotions and personalised offers
Design experiments (A/B testing) and use advanced analytics to measure the true incremental impact of marketing campaigns.
Deliver campaign and proposition analysis, including incremental uplift and ROI
Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key loyalty KPIs
Develop customer segmentation and cohort analysis to support targeting and personalisation
Transform complex customer data into clear narratives that help the Marketing team make "data-first" decisions.
Support data quality, governance and consistency across loyalty data sources
