Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

We are partnering with a leading SaaS FinTech business that is expanding its Lifecycle Marketing team with two contract roles:

  • Lifecycle Marketing Analyst – Focused on data, insights, and campaign optimisation across EMEA.
  • Lifecycle Marketing Manager – Driving strategy, execution, and optimisation of customer lifecycle campaigns across SMB and Accountant audiences.

About the Roles

Lifecycle Marketing Analyst (up to £224 Umbrella)

  • Support lifecycle marketing functions through data enablement, insights, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Work with first- and third-party data (Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, Databricks, Qlik, etc.).
  • Build dashboards, analyse lifecycle campaigns, and measure ROI.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimise lead scoring, lead pipelines, and customer conversion.
  • Strong focus on stitching data sources together and unlocking new analytical capabilities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with marketing analysis, attribution modelling, and advertising effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, GDPR compliance, and clean data best practices.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with SQL/Python/Tableau or similar tools is a strong plus.

Lifecycle Marketing Manager (up to £210 Umbrella)

  • Lead the execution and optimisation of omnichannel lifecycle campaigns across SMB and Accountant audiences.
  • Manage customer journeys from onboarding through to advocacy, improving retention and engagement.
  • Define customer segments and use data to drive personalised, AI-powered campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, data, sales, and customer success teams to enhance lifecycle journeys and reduce friction points.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Braze, Adobe Experience Platform) to scale campaigns across EMEA.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM/email marketing within SaaS or digital products.
  • Proven success building and optimising lifecycle programs that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance optimisation.
  • Experience with segmentation, customer journey mapping, and retention metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, LTV).
